Inge Beernaert

It is with great sadness that we must inform you that our valued colleague and business partner, Inge Beernaert, passed away on 3 August 2024. Inge was an exceptional person whose vision, integrity and dedication positively influenced our company since she joined.

Her contribution at our operation will always be remembered. Our thoughts are with her family and loved ones at this difficult time.

We will miss her greatly.

Inge has a proven track record in the Financial Services Industry with experience in audit, corporate finance, internal audit & control, tax and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Her curriculum starts at PWC within audit to then further specialise in tax as a tax inspector at SPF Finance and head of the Tax Department at Fortis Bank.

After this initial broad experience, Inge started her own audit firm, BB3 Revisoren, in 1996, and later Inge Beernaert Bedrijfsrevisor, where she serves a very varied clientele and a wide range of services : audit, tax, accounting (both Belgian and IFRS), corporate finance, internal audit, buyer and seller assistance in acquisition/sales process of companies, valuations, corporate governance, CFO services, etc.

Inge is also a sworn court expert and accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters.

In addition, she held a non-executive director role in the listed pharmaceutical company Mithra.
